But your wedding day shouldn’t be a photoshoot.

Your wedding day should be a celebration of love. A day where you’re focused on enjoying yourself with your closest family and friends. A day that honors the commitment and story of you and your partner.

It’s about the rare tears from your parents, and the tight hugs with your grandmother. It’s about having tequila shots with your rowdy mates, and dancing all night to your favourite tunes. It’s about not really remembering what exactly you wrote in your vows, but still committing to your one person for life.

The photos and videos should capture what’s really important.

Which is for you to be able to look back and see you being you, and what your wedding day looked and felt like. Although I still love taking nice portraits. Those are still important.

Pricing

Photography pricing starts from $4,500 and videography pricing starts from $4,000. I don’t price by hours – I offer full-day coverage for all single-day weddings.

If you’re having a multi-day wedding, please get in touch with more details for a custom quote!

You’ll get edited photos on an online gallery, a bunch of film photos (if that’s your thing), and sneak peeks for you to share in a few days.

Videography packaged include a highlight film, your ceremony, speeches and dances in full, and a raw footage reel if you want.

Engagement shoots, albums, and magazines are also available on request.

Planning

Before you officially lock it in, I’m more than happy to meet up for a chat, talk over the phone, or answer your questions via email.

If you’re happy to secure me for your wedding, after an initial deposit, you’re locked in!

From there, I’m more than happy to help out at any point with timeline planning, vendor recommendations, location suggestions, or any other wedding planning help you might need! I’m always down to grab a coffee or snack, and you’re always welcome to talk over the phone, through my inbox, or in my Instagram DMs.

Get married!

When the day finally comes, it’s going to be the best day ever, and you’re going to love it.

After your wedding, I try to send through a few sneak peek photos as soon as I can. From there, I also try to complete editing photos by 3 to 4 weeks. Videos take a bit of extra care and effort, but hopefully I can get you a teaser quickly too!

When you book in Eric Wang, you get Eric Wang! I’m not like a studio that might contract random people you don’t know, but I’ll be your photographer, I’m behind the emails, I’m available for a call or text anytime, and everything else, apart from video.

Okay, here’s where things are different. I can’t photograph and film your wedding at the same time, so I have a team of videographers who I work with regularly, so we can focus on putting our 100% into one thing. But I’ll be the one editing the video, so I’ll still be a part of the process!

For photos I typically take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how busy the season is. Videos take a bit more work and effort though, so it’s hard to give an accurate ETA on that. But you’ll definitely get a bunch of sneak peeks to share and enjoy within a few days.

Whether you’re having an extra day for a tea ceremony, or an extra five days for your Indian wedding, I have a base cost for the wedding, plus a little bit extra for the separate events. The extra cost isn’t too much, because I definitely understand that you have to stay within a budget, and planning multiple events is stressful enough already!

Yes, I’m always happy to travel for weddings! I don’t charge a fee for weddings in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay, or anywhere that’s within a 2 hour drive.

If I have to fly for your wedding, I’m happy to do that too! I will have to add-on a few costs, but let’s discuss that after you send me the details.

I’ve photographed weddings from lots of cultural backgrounds. Chinese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Indian, Australian, Jewish, Macedonian, Vietnamese, German, Pacific Islander, Filipino, Lebanese, and others. But there was a first time for all of these, and there might be a first time for yours. Even if I’m not familiar with the customs, as long as you let me know what’s important, I’ll capture it the best I can.

Eric met with us before hand so he could understand the ‘vibe’ of the day which was casual but serious, not an easy brief to meet but yet Eric completely understood and delivered everything plus more.
