Voted in as Brisbane’s best wedding venue a few years back, if you haven’t already been to a wedding at The Refinery, you’re missing out! I actually had my own wedding reception at The Refinery, so it’s obviously one of my favourite wedding venues in Brisbane.

Based in the north end of Newstead on Austin St, The Refinery is an elegantly renovated warehouse hosted by the team behind Rogue Bar and Bistro – so obviously, the food and service is a massive highlight. There’s a private and intimate garden space outside for wedding ceremonies, which doubles as a chill area for guests during your reception. The Refinery also has a roof that can be pulled in for wet weather weddings.

Also I can’t mention the Refinery without shouting out Rachel – she’s one of the best wedding coordinators in Brisbane, and you’ll go into the whole process of planning and executing your wedding together feeling like friends! She’ll be your super organised friend throughout your planning process.
